All items are shipped from the Republic of Uzbekistan. Estimated shipping time takes 8 business days to deliver to Europe and 10 business days to USA. The shipping costs are based on the products selected and will be determined by weight and destination at checkout process. All shipments are handled by TNT or EMS shipping agencies. We cannot ship our products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for your own safety. After making an order you will be e-mailed the whole Order Invoice indicating all items you have selected, with price and delivery costs. You will also receive the tracking code of your parcel and can follow the whole process yourself. As all our products are handmade it can take 1-3 days to get the ordered items ready.

Because our products are unique they are subject to availability. If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. By using high-tech digital camera we have tried to show our items with several resolutions to tolerate the restrictions on digital photography and internet media but still we can not 100 % guarantee that you will receive the exact color what you have seen in your monitor for especially the colors of the suzanies and oriental rugs. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. And guarantee the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. You can return the item without damaging it and at your own expenses including all the customs taxes and etc. The cancelled item should be delivered back to the address we will specify.
