Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped from the Republic of Uzbekistan. Estimated shipping time takes 8 business days to deliver to Europe and 10 business days to USA. The shipping costs are based on the products selected and will be determined by weight and destination at checkout process. All shipments are handled by TNT or EMS shipping agencies. We cannot ship our products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for your own safety. After making an order you will be e-mailed the whole Order Invoice indicating all items you have selected, with price and delivery costs. You will also receive the tracking code of your parcel and can follow the whole process yourself. As all our products are handmade it can take 1-3 days to get the ordered items ready.
Products, Images and Description
Because our products are unique they are subject to availability. If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. By using high-tech digital camera we have tried to show our items with several resolutions to tolerate the restrictions on digital photography and internet media but still we can not 100 % guarantee that you will receive the exact color what you have seen in your monitor for especially the colors of the suzanies and oriental rugs. Product Descriptions were prepared as much as our knowledge for guidance purpose only.

Return & Cancellation policy
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. And guarantee the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Our Customer Care assistance E-mail: support@oriental-creations.com. You can return the item without damaging it and at your own expenses including all the customs taxes and etc. The cancelled item should be delivered back to the address we will specify. After the receiving of the item, refund will be made. You can cancel your order in the same date you place the order. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Clubs as well as payments via PayPal and bank wire transfer. In order to keep both you and ourselves more secured, we use up-to-date antifraud handling system and work together with huge payment processing company. During the checkout you have to provide your Credit Card details and click to proceed. The transaction is made simultaneously and billing information will be sent to your E-mail immediately. We guarantee, that all the information entered during the checkout would be carefully stored and secured for your safety and will not be handed to third parties, except financial institutions handling payment processing. All the prices are in United States Dollars and do NOT include custom's fees, shipping charges and insurance. Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. For the wholesale orders please contact our sales department by e-mail sales@oriental-creations.com. For large wholesale orders we prefer payment via bank (account to account) transfer. We require 80% deposit on placing the order and the remainder prior to delivery. We will supply you with our bank account details and the appropriate SWIFT code for the transfer.
